General Terms & Conditions

By registering for the selected ESLHO EQA schemes you confirm that you agree with the General Terms & Conditions specified below:

  • Registration for EQA schemes requires the user to register with institutional data. By accepting these General Terms & Conditions, the user grants permission for the registration and use of such data for the purpose of communication within the scope of the EQA schemes.
  • All institutional data will only be accessible to ESLHO personnel involved in the ESLHO EQA program and will be treated as confidential data. Institutional data will not be shared with any third parties unless explicit upfront permission is received from the participant, with the exception of formal Service Providers of the EQA schemes when this is required for the performance evaluation process or for resolving issues for/responding to questions from the EQA scheme participant.
  • Information about the performance of EQA scheme participants will only be made available to other EQA participants and used for scientific publication in an anonymized format.
